Powertrain & Performance

There is no shortage of power on the 2019 Jeep Cherokee with three different powertrain options to choose from. First is the standard 2.4L Tigershark four-cylinder engine that generates 180 horsepower, can tow up to 2,000 lbs. all while getting 31 miles per gallon on the highway. There is also a 3.2L Pentastar V6 engine that delivers 271 horsepower and has a maximum towing capacity of 4,500 lbs.
